Our products are manufactured in Canada using Canadian and North American materials and are classified under their appropriate Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes:

  Chandeliers and lighting fixtures are classified under HTS 9405 and generally qualify for duty-free entry under USMCA when manufactured in Canada.

  Furniture items such as tables or benches are classified under HTS 9403 and qualify for USMCA treatment when origin requirements are met.
  
• 
  Fireplace mantels are documented as decorative, non-structural wood articles and declared under HTS 4420.90.
  

Recent trade developments have clarified that USMCA-compliant goods are excluded from certain additional temporary tariffs. Because our products are manufactured in Canada and qualify under USMCA rules of origin, they are not subject to those additional 15% tariffs.

The vast majority of our U.S. shipments clear without issue. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) retains the authority to review classifications at the port of entry, and in rare cases a shipment may be reviewed or reclassified.

While we ensure all documentation is complete and accurate, any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by U.S. authorities remain the responsibility of the importer.
